Please review the following rules to ensure a smooth learning experience for everyone

Class Reminder & Cancellation Policy

To maintain a stable learning arrangement for all students, please abide by the following class rules.

If you need to cancel, postpone or reschedule your booked lesson, please inform me at least 18 hours in advance. Any lesson cancelled or adjusted less than 18 hours before class will be counted as a completed lesson.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

General Class Guidelines

Lesson Duration: Each session is 60 minutes. Classes start and end on time. No extra time will be provided for late arrivals.

Platform: All classes are conducted online via Tencent Meeting or Zoom. A meeting link will be sent to you before each class.

Preparation: Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment before each session.

Materials: Customized learning materials will be provided. Supplementary exercises may be assigned for after-class practice.

课堂提醒 & 改期取消规则

为保障全体学员的学习安排有序进行，请遵守以下课堂规则：

如需取消、延后或调整已预约的课程，请务必至少提前 18 小时告知。若距离上课不足 18 小时临时取消或改期，该课时将正常记录为已上课。
